Snow Removal Services

For 25 years A.M. Services  has provided snow removal service for the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area. Decades of experience and dedication make us the area's premier snow removal company. We take snow removal very seriously. Our team prepares for the winter season long before the first snow fall covers the area. We constantly monitor weather conditions 24 hours a day 7 days a week through out the winter. We have a staffed office each day and around the clock during a snow event.

Commercial properties are plowed and shoveled when the snow exceeds 1.0 inch. Every effort is made to complete the work before business hours.

Salting service is available in the event slippery conditions remain after a plowing operation, or if the event of a freezing rain or light snowfall of less than 1.0 inch.

Many clients take advantage of our morning check service. When temperatures are below 37^oF our morning check team will go through your commercial property and look for icy patches that have developed overnight from gutters or run off. We then apply an ice melter to help keep those areas safe.

Staking

Landscape lighting and tender plantings may be adjacent to a drive or lot. We are happy to install wooden stakes at no charge to mark these areas that may be hidden under a blanket of snow. Reflective stakes are available for a small fee.

Our standard contract calls for a pre-payment of 7 clearings. After we have cleared the snow 7 times, you will be billed each month after the service is provided for additional clearings.
